Wine Wednesday returns for one night only with a menu that captures the best of autumn. Enjoy roasted Cornish hen with wild rice pilaf (caramelized onions, toasted pecans, dried cherries, fresh herbs), paired with rainbow roasted carrots and delicata squash, all finished with delicate dollops of our housemade fig and port wine reduction.
This seasonal plate is elegantly paired with Belle Glos Dairyman Pinot Noir 2022—silky, bold, and perfectly in tune with the flavors of fall.
