I’m Tyler Young, your Chief Indulgence Coordinator. By day, I’m a doctor of physical therapy. By night? A cocktail-obsessed foodie with a flair for the unexpected. Silk was born from one simple craving: to bring something bold, indulgent, and just a little bit extra to Utica.
This is your escape - a velvet-drenched, dessert-filled, martini-shaking kind of place where curiosity is celebrated and the vibes are always on point. We created Silk to feel like stepping into another world, one where you’re the main character, the drinks are flawless, and the only thing predictable is how good everything tastes.
