A Custom Cocktail Experience at Silk
Some cocktails are built. These are discovered.
Before you arrive, you'll answer three questions. That's it. No right answers, no wrong answers — just yours. Our bartender takes those responses and runs them through her signature Ephemera Process to create something entirely your own: a cocktail that didn't exist before you walked in the door.
On the day of the event, you'll witness the full creation of your cocktail, receive the recipe to keep, and taste every custom cocktail crafted in the room. Then you'll vote. The cocktail with the most love makes it onto our August menu — which means you might just be responsible for what everyone's ordering this fall.
Your ticket also includes access to a curated share board — seasonal vegetables, artisan cheese, all the right accompaniments, and our signature sweet bites — plus our pretzel sticks and house beer cheese, because we always take care of you.
This experience is capped at 18 guests. When it's gone, it's gone.

Important Notes:
- Private event from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM
- The bar stays open an hour after the event — full cocktail menu, no rush.
- Closed to the public. Ticketed guests only.
- All sales are final. No refunds.
- Payment is processed in-house on the day of the event.
- Credit card required to hold the reservation.
- No-shows and cancellations made fewer than 2 days prior to the event will be charged to the card on file.
- 21+ only to drink. Valid ID required
- Dietary substitutions or modifications must be communicated to the restaurant prior to the event.
