Utica, you asked… and we listened. For one night only, Silk Utica transforms into your private whiskey haven with our first-ever Whiskey Pairing Dinner. Indulge in a thoughtfully crafted 4-course menu, each dish paired with bold, refined whiskeys designed to elevate every bite.
Your options: The Pour — your seat at the table with all four pairings. The Extra Pour — everything in The Pour, plus an exclusive additional pour reserved for just 10 guests. Because you know we had to make it boujee.
We’re pouring: Remus Master Distillers 9 Year Experimental Series, Remus Repeal Reserve, Old Ezra Brooks 7 Year, and Yellowstone Small Batch 6 Year. VIPs receive a bonus pour of Remus Babe Ruth Reserve or Glenrothes Maker’s Cut.
And for one night only, we’re bringing back our “Don’t Tempt Me” s’more old fashioned with Marcus’ famous housemade marshmallows—as an optional add-on.
